Bookmarks and Favorites

Posted by schrobak in Saving Your Work

There is a way to “save” your most often used websites! If you have some websites that you visit all the time you could bookmark them or mark them as favorites so that accessing them can be done is less clicks.

First, go to your favorite website by entering the URL into the address bar of your web browser. Then, click on “bookmarks” at the top of the page -if you are using Firefox. (When using Internet Explorer, click on “favorites” at the top of the page. ) Select “bookmark this page”. Now, your page has been saved. The next time you open the internet, simply click on “bookmarks” at the top of the page and find your saved page.

One example of a good page to save under bookmarks would be your Infinite Campus login page.

Thanks for your question , Robin. I italicized the word URL in the above article and you can now find the definition in the category section.
