    Hi Susan,

Great work. I’d like to try this and maybe set up a blog in Spanish for my students and parents. I realize not all of them have internet, but the kids can use the library. It’s worth a try.

I have a question. Is there another way to identify printers, other than HP Laser 4050? I like to the way you have some of them identified, like Room 112 or 116 or LMC – This makes it easier for all of us to know exactly where are stuff is going.
Also, I know that 116 is not working, but I don’t see it as available to me at all, and I can’t locate the printer in the teacher lounge. I know, I’m being addled, but can’t help it! Thanks for your help.

    Margie,
There is a way to name the printers. (read the last sentence in the article)
Also, if you don’t see a printer in your list you have to add it yourself. There is an article entitled “How To Print to a New Location.” Read the second paragraph specifically.
    Susan
